Payment/Cancellation Policy: 25% downpayment required, balance due 60 days before arrival. No refund after that. Any cancellation before 60 days is refunded except for a 20% cancellation fee. Christmas and New Year’s week is 50% down, balance due 120 days before arrival. No refund. An $800 damage deposit is required. We refund this promptly when you return home if no damage occurs during your stay. The definition of damages include extraordinary cleaning beyond normal routine.

Gratuities: 15% low-season, 20% high-season for staff.

Check In/Check Out: Check in time is 1pm, Check out time is 11am.

Food/Meals: Your gourmet chef bases her grocery shopping on your preferences and purchases the food for you. A bill is presented at the end of your stay. Food Prices range from $280-$318 per adult per week or approximately $45 a day per adult for 3 meals per day.
